How to get to the lodge
Tangi Safari Lodge is situated in the northern section of Murchison Falls National Park, the country’s largest national park, which is located in the northwestern part of Uganda.
A number of roads can be used to reach the park, so this journey of about 305km to the lodge takes you approximately 6 hours from Kampala, the capital of Uganda. The Park has five (5) gates that are accessible, but the nearest gate to Tangi Safari Lodge is the Tangi gate because the lodge is just in a 10 minutes’ drive from the gate.
For the flying option, the Pakuba airstrip is the best option for visitors visiting Tangi Safari Lodge, and the flight time is one hour and a half, from Entebbe International Airport.
